I have found AUTO-CPAP really helpful because it adjusts the air pressure automatically while I sleep, keeping my airway open comfortably.
It has made my nights more restful and I wake up feeling less tired and more alert.
The device adapts to changes in my sleep position, which makes using it much easier than a standard CPAP.
I feel more confident sticking with therapy because it is comfortable and effective.

VERY easy set up – I bought this for use in hotels when travelling but with the built in humidifier I decided to try this as my main machine at home. So glad I did! Following a few nights of minor adjustments to setting (CMF Level, Humidifier level. min pressure & ramp OFF [I detest RAMP function , never used it since I first started APAP therapy] I have found my ideal settings and this A25 machine is the best I have used – both for function and value. It is a bit more bulky & heavier than my ResMed and Transcend mini so not ideal for travelling use & this is the ONLY downside to this machine. Otherwise it is excellent & I would highly recommend
