Oras Medical arranges delivery of portable diagnostic devices and other physical products to the address agreed when you place your order.
Delivery times
We will provide an estimated delivery period on the product page, at checkout or in your quotation or order confirmation. The period may vary according to the product, stock availability and destination. Some products are dispatched directly by a manufacturer or fulfilment partner.
If delivery is likely to be materially delayed, we will contact you with an update. If a delivery date is important to you, please tell us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can meet it.
Delivery charges and destinations
Any delivery charge will be shown at checkout or stated in your quotation before your order is accepted. If delivery is included in the product price, we will say so.
For destinations outside the UK, please contact us for a quotation and confirmation that we can supply the product to your location. We will identify any known shipping charges and clarify responsibility for import duties and taxes before accepting the order.
Tracking and receiving your order
Where tracking is available, we will provide the details when your order is dispatched. Please check that the delivery address and contact details on your order confirmation are correct and tell us promptly if they need changing.
When the delivery arrives, please inspect the outer packaging and the contents as soon as reasonably possible. If you notice damage, missing items or an incorrect product, contact admin@orasmedical.com with your order number, a description and photographs where available. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may ask the courier to record this or refuse delivery.
You do not have to refuse delivery or provide photographs to preserve any statutory rights you have. Please do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe.
Returns and cancellations
For information about changing your mind, faulty goods, return arrangements and refunds, read our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please contact us before sending a product back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
