Order processing and shipping time: 1 – 2 business days

Please note: if you pay by credit card, it may take up to 7 days for us to receive your payment and we can only ship out your product after your payment has reached our account. PayPal and BAC payments order is shipped out within 1 – 2 business days.

Order tracking: We track all shipped items to ensure you receive your items. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

If the item arrives broken or is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us within 3 days from its delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you can contact us within 3 days after its delivery date.

If the item is faulty within 30 days of receipt and the problem is caused by its manufacturing process, we will arrange a replacement or a refund according to your preference.
