Order processing and delivery time: 7 – 14 business days.
Order tracking: We track most shipped items to ensure you receive your items. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. NOTE: We may not be able to provide tracking information for items shipped via royal mail.
Payment Method: We accept PayPal, Debit & Credit Cards and Bank to Bank payments.

If your item is delivered damaged, take a photo of it and reject it. Please send the photo to us via email.
If you decide to accept the item, unbox it and if the item or parts of it is damaged, please take a photo of the damaged part before assembly and send to us via email.
If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you can return the item within 14 days.
Note:
To return a product, please contact us to let us know you’ll be returning the product. We will then arrange for the product to be collected or a label for you to post it at the post office.

==> Please include a note inside the return package by including the following details (this will accelerate your return request):
- Your order number
- The product ID or name and the quantity;
- A short description of the problem with the product;

Shipping and Delivery
The suppliers and manufacturers of our products are based in the UK, Spain and Hong Kong. Most of our products are shipped from the UK to the customers. However, there are occasions where products may be shipped directly from our suppliers to the customers.
We can deliver to almost any country in the world. However, our popular delivery countries are United Kingdom and Europe.
We offer free delivery on all our products. When you place order, we make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors such as the Corona Virus.
